Aims: The purpose of this study is to look at the influence of continuous moderate-intensity exercise on the risk of diabetic ulcers in people with type 2 diabetes. Material & Methods:This study employed a randomized control trial design, with 30 participants divided into 15 in the intervention group and 15 in the control group. Continuous moderate-intensity exercise was done three times per week for a total of twelve sessions each month. The covariance was performed to analyse the data using SPSS 22. Findings: The intervention group had a much lower risk of diabetic ulcers than the control group, according to the findings. Furthermore, covariance revealed that Continuous Moderate-Intensity Exercise had a significant influence on the risk level of diabetic ulcers in individuals with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Conclusion: Continuous Moderate-Intensity Exercise is predicted to be used as an intervention to reduce diabetic ulcer complications in people with diabetes mellitus.
