en Descriptive & Survey <p><strong>Aims:</strong> Women are more likely to use herbal medicine than men. Considering the importance of women&rsquo;s health, particularly during reproductive age, which is a crucial time for healthy life cycles, the aim of this study was to determine the predictors of herbal medicine use among reproductive-age Iranian women based on the socio-ecological model.<br> <strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> This cross-sectional study included 190 reproductive-age Iranian women from Jahrom city, selected using multi-stage sampling. The data collection tool was a researcher-developed questionnaire comprising demographic information and the constructs of the socio-ecological model. Backward multiple logistic regression was used to identify predictors of herbal medicine use. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 25.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The mean age of the participants was 33.84&plusmn;9.66 years.
