This study used the total sampling technique, with data collected through questionnaires evaluating the level of patient understanding of health education, treatment compliance, and perceptions of the compliance importance.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style=font-size:12pt><span style=font-family:Times New Roman,serif><b><span lang=EN-ID style=font-size:10.0pt><span style=font-family:Cambria,serif><span style=color:#4f81bd>Findings</span></span></span></b><b><span style=font-size:10.0pt><span style=font-family:Cambria,serif><span style=color:#4f81bd>:</span></span></span></b><span style=font-size:10.0pt><span style=font-family:Cambria,serif> Health education significantly increased patients’ adherence to treatment. There was a strong relationship between adherence, compliance and therapy success.
