While 69.34% recognized the importance of immediate action, mouthguard use was extremely low (4.25%). The main reasons for non-use were perceived unnecessity (41.98%), communication issues (23.11%), and breathing difficulties (19.81%). Only 5.19% of participants reported organized team dental care.
